We need the client’s name, country, contact information, product specifications, and images (if any).

Yes. (for example)You can order furniture and bicycles, and we can ship them in the same container or LCL.

On our quotation sheet, we will also include the volume of your order.

Yes, we accept inspections such as Bureau Veritas and SGS or others as per client requirements.

Third-party inspection is an outsourced service.

Yes. Saidhem has an in-house inspection for physical appearance and quantity inspection.

No. Saidhem offers free in-house designing of packaging for clients.

Upon product inquiry, you can advise which part of your order you want to get conformity. We will work with certifying institutions to acquire certificates according to your requirements.

Customized products are fresh-made. Small Quantity orders are from factory or supplier inventory.

Yes, the more the quantity, the lower the price.

Yes, we ship to worldwide customers.

Yes, samples ( standard products) are free, and the buyer pays the courier fee.

Our products are listed on the webpage, and you may also request a specific catalogue that may fit your product field.

We introduce new products on our webpage daily, and our inventory is updated every seven working days, depending on the production line capacity.

Buyers can cancel or modify orders within 48 hours of their swift bank copy transfer for deposit.

Yes, Saidhem will refund the sender’s account within seven working days, and the receipt will be communicated.

Payment +

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

No. You can pay a deposit upon confirmation and balance before loading your order.

We usually request a 30% deposit upon confirmation of the order.

USD, Euro, and any other international currencies.

Logistic +

By taking the Saidhem service, we are responsible for exporting your order to your chosen destination port.

You will need to find a customs broker in your country.

Saidhem logistics department will advise you weekly of the displacement of your order.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes. You will receive a weekly tracking status of your order via email.

Most countries require a commercial invoice, Packing list, Proforma invoice, Sale contract, Bill of lading, payment receipt and product sheet (if any).

Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) +

MOQ is the quantity required for the manufacturing to start production on a selected product.

You can make a trial or sample order which is below MOQ but with a higher price.

Yes. The more significant the order, the lower price will be.

Delivery time +

It depends on the volume and availability of raw material on an average of 30-40days upon confirmation. (Check Saidhem order management for confirmation)

Yes. Covid-19 pandemic does affect delivery time because of availability of raw material, labour, transport and other logistics.

Yes. Saidhem team tries their best to support the client with an urgent order. (Check Saidhem Order management).

Shipment +

Booking the container is a choice for the client; either book on their own, or Saidhem also makes their booking upon request.

Yes. We have a team with 20 years of experience in logistics to follow up and arrange a booking for your order.
